Summary:
Under the direction of the IT Manager, coordinates local area computer network activities.
SpecificDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists IT Director in maintaining network user environment, directories, and security.
- Responds to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of various software programs.
- Updates the operating systems as required.
- Completes minor computer hardware repairs.
- Loads and updates software applications as required.
- Manages usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources.
- Maintains a backup of all files, security, and rights.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Education and/orExperience:
- 1 to 2 years' experience with accounting, gaming, and Microsoft Office software preferred
- A+ Certification preferred
