Our client in Southeast Kansas is growing fast, supplying essential engineered-to-order products to billion-dollar infrastructure projects and next-generation facilities. This is a hands-on leadership seat that owns inventory accuracy for the site, runs the cycle count program, and turns aged and excess stock into recovered cash. You will lead a small team, sit at the table with Engineering, Sales, and Accounting, and have room to fix the process rather than just maintain it.

• Anticipated $65K–$80K annually, based on experience
• Benefits include:

• Own inventory accuracy for the facility and keep the ERP the single source of truth
• Run the site-wide cycle count program and drive down variances at the root cause
• Turn aged, excess, and obsolete inventory into recovered cash through disposition, transfer, or liquidation
• Lead and develop a small inventory team, setting the standard for counts and follow-through
• Partner across Engineering, Sales, and Accounting to support financial and operational goals

• High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strongly Preferred — 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Supervisory or team-lead experience
• ERP experience;
  Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
• Strong Excel and analytical skills for reconciling data and resolving discrepancies
• Track record of cycle count management, root cause analysis, and inventory optimization
