Maintain all exterior landscaping, grounds, parking lot and sidewalks. Operates mowers and snow blowers.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Maintains all landscapes, including trimming trees and other gardening work to ensure appearance, safety and cleanliness
- Maintains exterior grounds, including painting of curbs, signs, etc., fixing signs and repairing fences to ensure appearance, safety and cleanliness
- Removes snow and de-ices road and sidewalk surface to ensure safety and convenience of guests and Team Members
- Repairs asphalt and concrete surfaces
- Installs and repairs sprinkler systems
- Empties trash receptacles on exterior grounds
- Assists in the general maintenance of the interior and exterior of the casino including repairing, altering or reconstructing equipment and facilities, using appropriate material, supplies or parts
- Performs repairs and maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner and encourages others to do the same
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of operation of mowers, tractors, trimmers, weed eater, snow blowers
- Able to drive standard transmission vehicles
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must qualify for company insurance coverage
- A record of satisfactory performance and reliability in all prior and current employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
- Visual range must include near and far distances
- Auditory range must include near and far distances
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, crawl, bend over continually
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to look over your shoulder
- Manual dexterity to use hand tools
- Must be able to meet the level three or medium work requirements based on the Department of Labor Dictionary of Titles:
Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
