Maintenance Director
Parkway Care and Rehab in Edwardsville, KS is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Director to manage all maintenance duties for our health care company.

Responsibilities- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the physical plant
- Ensure facility is in good repair and safe for residents, staff, and visitors
- Conduct preventative and restorative maintenance duties
- Negotiate and contract with outside vendors
- Follow established Federal, State, County, and City codes and regulations
- 2+ years of experience in health care related maintenance and plant operations
- One year of supervisory experience including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, promoting collaboration, managing change, providing performance feedback, delegating, and resolving conflicts
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Proficiency in operating Windows 10 and ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience as a Maintenance Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility and use of an electronic work order system
