We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Director to lead and oversee our facility’s maintenance operations. This hands-on management role is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, systems, and infrastructure function safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to manage a team of maintenance professionals across a diverse range of facility areas.



Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and specialists.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Oversee the upkeep of HVAC systems, waterpark and pool systems, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, gym machinery, hotel room facilities, and structural elements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as local regulations.
  • Manage maintenance schedules, vendor relationships, budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and supplies.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance situations and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support facility operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of progressive maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory role.
  • HVAC Certification (required).
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred; must obtain within 60 days of hire if not currently certified.
  • Strong working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
  • Experience in facilities with pools and water attractions highly desirable.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
