A very successful Ag operation is looking to bring on a Grain Location Manager to oversee a facility in the area. This position with a fantastic company offers excellent compensation and a full benefit package.
Grain Location Manager Responsibilities- Manage the planning and direction of facility operations
- Ensure that daily operations meet all standards and operational schedules
- Oversee a team and promote improvement in quality, safety and cost performance
- Perform general maintenance and repairs of the facility
- 2+ years' grain location management experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic, problem solving skills and leadership abilities
- Maintenance experience a plus
Compensation: $65K-$80K base DOE
