Duties
Directs comprehensive evaluations of regional operations to ensure optimal work quality, regulatory compliance, and highly effective service delivery to management and employees.
Formulates authoritative HR guidance to resolve unprecedented, highly complex classification, recruitment, and labor relations challenges for regional CHRA and Division Directors.
Steers regional program planning, audits, and procedural development to consistently meet production goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize mobilization readiness.
Collaborate with Commanders, regional executives, and CHRA leadership to direct critical program changes, manage special projects, and ensure the seamless integration of regional personnel programs.
Orchestrates regional program planning and employee relations initiatives to deliver authoritative management advice on complex grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolutions for serviced customer organizations.
Collaborates with regional Commanders, executive leaders, and CHRA staff to direct critical program changes, manage special projects, and ensure the seamless integration of regional personnel programs.
