Director, Permanency Services

Job Description

Full‑time position. Average Salary $79,322/year (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.).

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

• Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and support staff development.
• Represent the agency in public and private forums.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.
