• Master’s degree in human services or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and support staff development.
• Represent the agency in public and private forums.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.
