Key Responsibilities

As the Practice Manager, your mission is to lead your team and oversee hospital operations in harmony with our core values—actively cultivating company culture, team engagement, operational efficiency, practice growth, and financial stability:

  • Leadership & Operations: Oversee daily hospital workflow, staffing, and clinical operations to ensure smooth acute care delivery.
  • Culture & Team Development: Foster an inclusive, supportive environment where team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered to grow.
  • Financial & Strategic Management: Manage practice growth strategies and financial principles to support long-term stability and success.
  • Client & Patient

    Experience:

    Maintain high standards of customer care, communication, and patient advocacy.
Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior management experience, preferably in veterinary medicine, with a track record of leading and developing teams.
  • Experience in veterinary medicine and comfort working alongside veterinarians.
  • Specific knowledge of veterinary practice operations, financial principles, and industry standards.
  • Leadership & Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, active listening, and confidence in decision-making.
  • Communication & Conflict Resolution: Skilled in de-escalation, conflict resolution, active listening, and timely follow-up.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Strong critical thinking, proactive problem-solving, flexibility to course-correct quickly, and effective time management.
  • Professionalism & Accountability: High level of integrity, reliability, confidentiality, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
