Join a dynamic healthcare administrative team as an Administrative Business Office Manager, where you will oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth billing processes. This role involves managing staff attendance, conducting interviews, and supporting performance appraisals to maintain a motivated and efficient team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, orient, and train office staff to meet organizational goals.
  • Coach, counsel, and discipline employees while monitoring job performance.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage records retention, protection, and disposal in compliance with standards.
  • Maintain and update billing systems, including charge master accuracy and Claim Trak system oversight.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Foster respectful and professional relationships with staff and customers.

Education:

An associate degree in Business or Medical Office is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of three years in a supervisory office role is required; five years of medical office supervisory experience is preferred.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong coaching, counseling, and disciplinary skills.
  • Excellent mathematical and reasoning abilities.
  • Proficiency with personal computers and spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to read and interpret computer reports and communicate effectively.

  • Ability to manage conflict and customer expectations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on leadership for process improvement.
