Lead and oversee the operational functions of a healthcare organization, developing and implementing programs, policies, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves managing daily business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and allocating resources aligned with strategic priorities.
Essential Responsibilities- Direct recurring and daily operational activities to ensure smooth business execution.
- Develop strategies to meet critical organizational goals efficiently.
- Approve and allocate resources based on business needs and priorities.
- Evaluate and recommend updates to policies and procedures.
- Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain professional communication and relationships with patients, team members, contractors, physicians, external agencies, and the public.
This position includes leadership responsibilities such as overseeing team members, making employment decisions, and conducting performance evaluations.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Master's degree and industry-recognized certifications are preferred.
- Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop others.
- Proficient in problem analysis, statistical knowledge, and conceptual thinking.
Light work involving occasional exertion up to 25 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs. Standing or walking may be required 11-25% of the workday.
