Job Details
These positions could work in any department of the Processing or Harvest facility.
Physical RequirementsMust be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 40 lbs or more.
- Willing to work in extreme hot, wet, or cold environments.
- Willing to use hands and arms above shoulder level and stand 8–10 hours per day.
- Processing positions involve the use of a knife and hook to bone out or trim large pieces of product and may require powered equipment such as saws or skinner machines.
- Harvest positions involve use of knife and hook to remove hide from cattle, trim large pieces of meat, or run heavy equipment.
All positions are for either A or B shift. The facility operates up to 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday.
RequirementsAll job offers are contingent upon the candidate providing proof of authorization to work legally in the United States and passing a urinalysis screening, which is part of the post‑offer health assessment.
Effective 01‑02‑2025, candidates who have previously worked for Tyson have a 180‑day rehire waiting period and a three‑time rehire limit.
