** Assembly Line Operator*
* ** Stanley Black & Decker - Hesston, KS*
* Stanley Black & Decker is seeking dependable, team-oriented Assembly Line Operators to join our Hesston, KS facility. In this role, you will work within a station as part of a larger assembly line, assembling units using a standardized build process. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated to safety, quality, and maintaining consistent delivery.

** Pay & Shift Information:*

** Day shift:
** Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm -$17.00

* Summary of Responsibilities:

*
* + Assemble and fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench or on the floor (Approx. 60%).

+ Read and interpret operation standards and blueprints as needed (Approx. 15%).

+ Fasten parts together through manual movement and lifting with the use of hand tools and portable power tools (Approx. 25%). _

Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs. Additional duties of comparable complexity may be assigned._

* + High School diploma or GED required.

* Experience:

* + 6 months to 1 year of factory, assembly, or mechanical experience.

+ Basic knowledge of hand tools.

* + Ability to work effectively as a team player.

+ Ability to follow standards and directions precisely.

+ Strong verbal communication skills.
