Your Team & Your RoleAs a Maintenance Skilled Technician, you are a critical part of the plant maintenance team, helping ensure safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Your work directly supports production uptime, quality, and a safe work environment for employees—so our farmers can rely on the equipment they need when they need it.
Your Impact- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable operations.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic issues and restore equipment to proper working condition.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Support production by collaborating with operations and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain accurate maintenance, repair, and parts usage records using company systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or associate degree in Mechanical Maintenance Technology preferred.
- Proven experience maintaining and repairing industrial or manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems; experience with CNC machines, robots, lasers, and PLCs is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, technical documentation, and drawings.
