Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Transport raw materials and packaging using a variety of material handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks according to schedule and in a safe and timely manner
- Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and the production team
- Must understand FIFO and FEFO concepts
- Stage raw ingredients according for production according to production schedule
- Interpret batch sheets to accurately stage raw ingredients for production
- Ensure proper breakdown of batch recipes by appropriately converting gallons to pounds and pounds to kilograms with the assistance of a calculator
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision and as a member of a team
- Ensure effective and professional communication with team members and site leadership
- Ensuring that incoming and outgoing products meet strict food safety and quality requirements
- Operate sit down fork truck and standing fork truck in a safe manner
- Effective operation of computer, keyboard, and mouse
- Accurate data entry both written and in computer warehousing program
- Participate in inventory cycle counts both on and off-site
- Responsible for ensuring work area is clean, organized, and free of obstructions
- Wear appropriate PPE where required
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies
- Follow company GMPs and all other quality and food safety programs as they relate to the warehouse department
- All other duties as assigned

- Full-time 1st shift position. Hours of work are Monday‑Friday 6:00 a.m.‑3:30 p.m. and Saturdays as needed.
- Full-time 2nd shift position. Hours of work are Monday‑Friday 3:00 p.m.‑1:00 p.m. and Saturdays as needed. Subject to business necessity both shifts

EducationH.S. diploma or G.E.D is required
Experience- 6 months – 12 months’ experience in a warehouse environment. Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience with stand‑up fork trucks is a must.
- Will be required to pass a driving test.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic inventory and warehousing knowledge is preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is beneficial, but not a must.

Work Environment/Physical Demands100% of work is performed in a production facility which is refrigerated to 35ºF with significant work in sub‑zero freezer and may be wet and/or humid. Environment contains allergens. Constantly exposed to moving parts, loud production equipment, vibration, and pedestrian traffic. Ability to work on a computer. Ability to lift at least 45 lbs. on a regular basis to waist height and above head.
Ability to see and analyze product at close range, from a distance, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand, walk, handle, kneel, bend, twist, stoop, climb and descend stairs, communicate with team members.
