QPS Employment Group is hiring a Production Worker for a company in Edwardsville, KS. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

• Assemble and mount tires on wheels according to specifications
• Inspect tires and wheels for defects and ensure quality standards are met
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Loading and unloading trucks by hand as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent; may also substitute company-provided GED Works program within 1 year of hire
• Experience in tire and wheel assembly is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to perform physical labor, including loading and unloading trucks
• Ability to move around during workday
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday
• A keen eye for detail
