Biopharmaceutical Fill/Finish Operator – Night Shift

As the Biopharmaceutical Fill/Finish Operator, you will be part of the Fill/Finish Operations team specializing in vial fill primary packaging and carton secondary packaging operations. In this role you’ll be responsible for delivering packaging demands with a high level of initiative, collaboration, and manufacturing excellence.

• Execute Primary (vial filling) and Secondary (cartoning) packaging operations for Monoclonal Antibody production within the associated equipment sets, including assembly, preparation, turnover, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Uphold GMP manufacturing standards with quality-driven performance, documentation, housekeeping, and staging.
• Accurately perform Manufacturing Instructions with adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and commitment to quality compliance.
• Perform aseptic manipulations and demonstrate knowledge of aseptic technique.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to uphold manufacturing, quality, and safety core principles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, proficiency in reading comprehension, and demonstrated ability to adhere to procedures and safe working practices.

• Associate degree or greater in biomanufacturing or related discipline.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Regulated GMP experience.
• Demonstrated strong initiative, work ethic, and interpersonal skills.

• Shift: Training period during the first 2‑3 months followed by a night schedule.
• Weekend work will have a 4% premium and work outside of shift hours will have a 10% premium.
• Subject to change with notice per business demands.
