Glass Fabrication Production Associate

Location: Bellaire

Wickham Industries / ITI Glass is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our glass fabrication production team. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality architectural and commercial glass products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing. Experience in glass fabrication is helpful but not required - we are willing to train reliable candidates with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

* Assist in fabrication and production of architectural glass products

* Operate production equipment and machinery safely

* Handle, move, and inspect glass materials

* Read work orders and production paperwork

* Maintain quality standards throughout fabrication process

* Assist with packaging, staging, and shipping preparation

* Keep work areas clean and organized

* Follow all company safety procedures and policies

* Work cooperatively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

* Manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Strong attention to detail and quality

* Reliable attendance and punctuality required

* Ability to lift, move, and handle materials up to 75 lbs with assistance when needed

* Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout shift

* Ability to work safely around machinery and glass products

* Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Preferred Experience

* Glass fabrication or glazing industry experience

* Manufacturing or warehouse experience

* Blueprint or measuring tool familiarity

* Machine operation experience
