Key Accountabilities – Production Duties
Execute manufacturing process by operating designated production equipment. Select intermediates or raw materials, move and load them into production machines. Understand bill of materials and/or formula specifications, ensuring proper quantities of materials are added in the correct sequence. Manufacture product safely and timely according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards. Accurately read control instruments and prepare neat & accurate records for all operations as required.
Responsible for completion of all quality test requirements to verify final product quality. Ensure efficient, uninterrupted production, identify and facilitate process improvements, monitor equipment and report production information complete, accurate, and timely. Keep records for production, raw material deliveries, quality samples and equipment and process performance. Prepare product packaging for next step in production or for final shipment to customer according to department specifications.
Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and cleanliness of various laboratory instruments. Work in accordance with all relevant requirements and internal safety guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsible for housekeeping in the plant and maintaining a clean, safe, and clutter-free work environment. Know significant quality, safety & health, and environmental (QSHE) aspects/impacts associated with work, including relevant legal and other requirements and emergency preparedness and response. Understand and use the Corporate Sustainability Policy and the Integrated Management System (IMS) as guidance to continuously improve the QSHE aspects of the job.

- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- 5 years of industrial / manufacturing experience in a chemical or related field.
- Experience in a maintenance role for manufacturing or related operation.
- Computer skills and laboratory experience are preferred.
- Basic chemistry knowledge preferred.
- Good command of both oral and written local language.
- Ability to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, including operating facility alone on nights and weekends.
- Ability to work inside and occasionally outside, exposed to heat, cold, dirt, and noise.
