- Ensuring proper forming process and troubleshooting issues
- Monitoring process variables and product quality
- Performing quality checks and inspections
- Maintaining equipment and performing other duties as assigned
- Three or more years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in high temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including days and nights
- Ability to work at heights and overhead for extended periods
- Some travel required
- I9 verification required
