Attached to the Team Leader, you conduct an installation in respect of the quality and safety policy. In this role:

• Conducting installations:
  Monitoring and piloting machines within an automated process, ensuring optimal and secure operation.
• Quality control of production:
  Performing the necessary checks and adjustments to ensure product conformity to manufacturing requirements.
• Optimization of reliability:
  Performing first-level maintenance actions to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the process.
• Management of production changes:
  Adjusting equipment and adapting parameters according to production variations (tools, colors…).
• Supplying lines:
  Monitoring consumables and managing stocks of components necessary for the proper functioning of installations (strip, film, glue…).
• Diagnosis of malfunctions:
  Monitoring equipment and collaborating with maintenance teams to identify and resolve anomalies.

Formation:

• Technical training of CAP / BEP or Bac Pro type (automated line conductor, electromechanical maintenance).

Experience:

• First experience in industry is desirable

• Mastery of safety rules:
  Conducting installations in compliance with safety procedures and current guidelines.
• Teamwork skills:
  Collaborating with operators, technicians, and related services to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Versatility in different work positions
• Diligence and organization:
  Applying operating procedures and precisely following production parameters to guarantee quality and productivity.
• Analytical spirit and continuous improvement:
  Ability to identify deviations, propose adjustments, and contribute to performance optimization.
• Autonomy and responsiveness:
  Taking initiatives to adjust settings and ensure the continuity of the manufacturing process.
• Knowledge and skills in environment and energy; particularly concerning ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications.
