AXIA Sélestat is recruiting a manual shot blaster in cabin for DILATEK located in Châtenois.
Job DescriptionYou will join the company and participate in the preparation of parts by ensuring the reading of manufacturing orders, checking the condition of surfaces, and masking sensitive areas. You will be responsible for placing parts in the cabin via secure fixation on supports to ensure homogeneous treatment. You will perform manual shot blasting by adjusting parameters and projecting abrasives according to technical instructions, while controlling the uniformity of the result.
You will also be required to perform routine maintenance of the workstation, monitor equipment wear, and report any anomalies. Finally, you will ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines in a work environment separate from the rest of the production.
Interim contract for 35 hours per week. Work is performed in teams with a 2x7 schedule: morning team from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and afternoon team from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Hourly rate set €/hour. Compensation supplemented by a soiling premium of 2 €/day and an attendance premium of 2 €/day.
