Responsibilities:

• As a production master, you are responsible for a smooth, timely, and cost-effective manufacturing process while ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.
• You lead your team clearly and motivatingly, develop employees further, and ensure all necessary qualifications through qualification matrix and training plans.
• Efficient management of the production plan and optimization of material use and productivity are among your key tasks.
• You analyze deviations in a structured manner (e.g., using PPS or 5-Why) and implement sustainable improvement measures.
• In your area of responsibility, you ensure the consistent adherence to and development of 5S standards.
• You accompany projects within new programs and actively support external audits to continuously develop the area.

Profile:

• Completed qualification as an industrial master in metal, craftsman master, or comparable technical training with several years of experience in manufacturing.
• Strong ability to interface, solution-oriented, and with a high willingness to change in a dynamic production environment.
• Excellent leadership skills, team capability, resilience, and flexibility.
• Good English skills and confident handling of technical requirements.
• Knowledge of aviation-specific processes is desirable but not mandatory.
