AXIA Sélestat is recruiting a painter or assistant painter in thermolaquage H/F to join the company DILATEK located in Châtenois.
Job DescriptionYou will participate in the industrial painting process by ensuring the reading and completion of manufacturing orders. You will be responsible for checking the uniformity of surfaces, as well as masking sensitive areas before treatment. In the course of your duties, you will need to monitor the baking of parts while strictly adhering to the defined time/temperature cycles. You will also be required to perform visual inspection upon exiting the oven (appearance, color, thickness), set aside non-compliant parts, and report any anomalies observed.
Finally, you will ensure the regular cleaning of the booth and projection equipment.
Position to be filled on an interim basis on a 35-hour/week basis. The work is done in teams with a 2x7 schedule: morning team from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and afternoon team from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The remuneration is set according to your experience, accompanied by a dirtiness premium of 2 €/day and an attendance premium of 2 €/day.
