Seasonal Outdoor Labor Worker

Primary Function This laborer's primary duties are loading semi-trailers, filling product into bags, and transporting material around the facility grounds. The candidate will be trained and work all phases of the zeolite production process. The candidate will have the skill set to work both accurately and be able to complete tasks in a timely manner. This is a seasonal temporary position at our Phillipsburg, KS location from May thru November.
Most of the work will be done outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Transporting material via a forklift or transfer truck
- Inventory control
- Shop clean up
- Quality control
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Basic maintenance of machines
Rotating Schedules during the zeolite season
Rotating On Call schedule consisting of over night and weekends and needed
Qualifications
- Measurement/mathematical skills
- Ability to work independently or on a team
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
- Education High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
We Offer Pay: $17-$21/hr. based on experience.
Hours:
40 hours per week with possibility to work 4/10 hour shifts or 5/8 hour shifts (roughly 8am-4:30pm)
