Packaging Operator
The Packaging Operator is a crucial role responsible for bagging all finished products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for a facility in Sabetha, Kansas. Essential Personnel is seeking a detail-oriented individual who can ensure packaging specifications are met while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements- Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability in work assignments
- Understanding of good manufacturing practices
- Operate equipment associated with packaging assignments safely
- Ensure packaging specifications are met accurately
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
- Follow SOPs and suggest improvements when necessary
- Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and respect towards colleagues
- Report any unsafe conditions or acts to supervisors promptly
- Work efficiently, effectively, and safely at all times
- Identify and communicate food safety or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
