As a CNC laser operator, you’ll be responsible for setting up and operating CNC lasers to cut metal parts that meet exact specifications. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, accuracy, and producing top‑quality work from start to finish.

• Set up and operate CNC laser machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications
• Verify dimensions and quality using measuring tools
• Make adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation
• Work closely with the production team to meet schedules and quality goals

• Experience operating CNC lasers
• Strong blueprint reading and math skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented

• Programming or setup experience
• Sheet metal fabrication background
• Experience with tight tolerances and high‑mix/low‑volume work
