Management Level: Class 13

Applicants will be for the Harvest Process Specialist position. This position is responsible for assisting the supervisor in absences on the line. This position will be utilized to perform a specific mix of jobs due to absenteeism, etc. Successful candidate will need to be willing to be moved to different positions, as needed. Must have good communication skills in order to interact with supervisors as well as hourly team members;

must be willing to lift, push, pull carry 40 lbs. or more.

Requirements

This is a B shift position on the Harvest floor; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; must have a good attendance record (5 point max) and a good safety record (NO safety suspensions). Must be able to pull full count: 2 level A jobs and 1 level B job or 3 level A jobs. Level A jobs consist of Leggers, Gutters, and Split Saw.

Level B jobs consist of Butters, Low-backers, Drop Heads and Raise Gullets.

Physical Requirements:

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
