Location: Elwood
JCW Group is seeking a Downstream Manufacturing Operator in Elwood, KS to contribute to a growing biologics site. You will run downstream purification steps such as chromatography, TFF, and clarification and own documentation from start to finish in a GMP environment.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in regulated manufacturing, comfort with SOPs, and willingness to work a 12-hour rotating day shift (5am–5:15pm). This contract role offers real visibility and growth potential.
