Production Associate / Production Line, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
We are seeking motivated, dependable high school students to join our production team in a part-time evening role. This position provides hands‑on work experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while developing teamwork, responsibility, and workplace skills. This is a great opportunity to gain real‑world job experience, build a resume, and earn income while balancing school commitments.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with assembling, packaging, and labeling products
- Follow written and verbal work instructions
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work safely and follow all company safety guidelines
- Support team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment issues or concerns to a supervisor
- Currently enrolled high school student (16+ years old, or per state labor laws)
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to stand for up to 4+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive hand and arm movement
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment
- Real‑world job experience
