Robot Welding Part Loader

Shift: 3rd (10:30pm – 6:30am). Pay: starting $18.21/hour + $2 shift differential = $20.21/hour.

Work within a station that is part of a robotic welding line where the robot welds a unit using the standard build process. Follow all production processes to maintain a consistent workflow, ensuring safe operations, quality product, and consistent delivery.

• Assemble/fit parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robot fixture.
• Use various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, or other finishing tools to ensure product quality.
• Control operation of the robot, including cleaning and inspection.
• Read and understand operation standards, such as blueprints.
• Manually move and lift by clamping parts together by hand and/or using hand tools.

• High School or GED diploma (required for pre-treatment system).
• Ability to comply with safety standards (full body Tivex suits, air‑purifying respirator).
• Technical ability to identify and report issues.
• Ability to follow standard work as trained by a supervisor or OpEx lead.
