Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manufacturing cells that include automatic and semi-automatic grinding machines during 1st shift hours (7:20 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday) with some overtime on Saturdays as needed.;
Perform precision machining and grinding using both CNC and manual methods, and potentially EDM, to increase blade bore diameters, add pinholes, split blades, and cut keyways to exact specifications.;
Operate and maintain all processing equipment, including support machinery such as semi-automatic polishing machines and bead blasting equipment, ensuring consistent performance and uptime.;
Learn and become proficient in specialized processes, including carbide tip brazing and blade tensioning/hammering, to support advanced production requirements.;
Follow established manufacturing methods, work instructions, and safety protocols to achieve rigorous product quality, accuracy, and consistency.
