• Manufacturing of dispersion batches according to PLS (Process Control System) recipe and production plan on all available production lines
• Compliance and documentation of checklists, control lists and sheets
• Reporting of non-conforming (non-standardized) conditions in process safety to the shift leader or coordinator
• Knowledge and compliance with safety regulations, operating instructions, procedures and work instructions at the Worms site. Participation in in-shift training and mandatory training of the site.
• Sieving of dispersions with and without automatic level control.
• Carrying out flushing and cleaning operations during operational dismantling
• Incorporation of latex return goods into ongoing production
• Preparation of raw materials, especially solid delivered raw materials, coupling of small containers (IBC) to the dosing systems
• Emptying of small containers into sample containers
• Responsible for cleanliness and order, carrying out hygiene rounds
• Rotating deployment within production
• The duties sometimes require carrying and lifting loads up to 25 kg and climbing stairs, ASG-2 suitability and working at a screen workstation

• Successfully completed training as a chemical production specialist or comparable training (boiler operator)
• Successfully completed training as a chemical plant worker or comparable training (main boiler operator)
• Optional but desirable: SAP knowledge, experience in participating in small projects, experience in training and instructing employees
• Good IT skills
