Packaging Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Packaging Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in Sabetha, KS. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, or packaging experience who enjoys hands‑on work in a fast‑paced consumer packaged goods manufacturing environment. As a Packaging Operator, you will support daily production by bagging finished product according to standard operating procedures and packaging specifications.

• Bag finished product according to facility SOPs and packaging specifications.
• Safely operate equipment associated with assigned packaging duties.
• Monitor packaging quality and report food safety or product integrity concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas through good housekeeping practices.
• Follow standard operating procedures and recommend revisions or improvements when appropriate.
• Communicate unsafe conditions or actions to the Production Supervisor or management team.

• Pay range: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
