ALKEGEN is seeking a Shift Leader for the afternoon shift at its Kansas manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of about 10 employees, manage production targets, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams.
The role includes on-the-job training for up to 8 weeks to acclimate to the plant and processes. You will drive safety culture, supervise performance, and optimize shift workflows, ensuring secure handovers and documented metrics.
