Location: Hesston
Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Team Lead – Fabrication for the 2nd shift (2:30pm – 10:30pm). You will supervise an assembly team, drive quality through established processes, and develop standard work to improve throughput. Pay starts at $20.28 hourly plus $2 shift differential.
You will train employees, monitor ECRs and deviations, and collaborate with quality, engineering and production management to ensure adherence to specifications and implement corrective actions as needed.
