Operate and troubleshoot label machines to meet production targets with a zero-defect mindset;
Minimize waste and maintain an accurate log of raw materials using the ERP system;
Maintain the upkeep of all dies and report technical issues to the Facility Manager;
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow SOPs and safety protocols (PPE);
Demonstrate accountability and willingness to adapt to production priorities across shifts
