Production Laborer

Production Laborers work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, primarily in the mixing and packaging departments. The role focuses on producing, packaging, and storing food products while maintaining safety and quality standards.

• Package and store finished food products accurately.
• Mix ingredients and assist with baking operations.
• Operate processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform quality checks (weight, date codes, metal detector inspections).
• Complete production paperwork accurately.
• Follow food safety, GMP, FDA, OSHA, and sanitation procedures.
• Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Meet daily production goals.

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication and multitasking skills.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Experience in food or manufacturing environments, including:
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Safe Quality Foods (SQF)
• Preventive or autonomous maintenance
• Continuous improvement programs
• SAP or warehouse management systems

• Fast-paced manufacturing facility.
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures (approximately 60–100°F).
• Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.

• Starting pay: $20.25/hour
