The role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production and shipping of bulk and packaged salt products.

The Supervisor fosters a collaborative team culture, drives continuous improvement, and maintains a strong focus on safety and ownership in a rugged, off-shift-heavy workplace. Flexibility is essential, as the role involves varying shifts (8-12+ hours), including 2nd and 3rd shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional short-notice schedule adjustments.

  • Resource Management:
Request materials, parts, and supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs to support efficient operations.

  • Project Leadership:
Assist or lead projects, such as equipment installation and process improvements, from design through implementation.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Housekeeping:
Oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of stationary and mobile equipment. Support or perform corrective maintenance and maintain high housekeeping standards.
