- Supervise and mentor SMT operators and technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Oversee the entire SMT manufacturing process, including setup, programming, and daily operations of SMT lines.
- Ensure product quality meets standards, identify the root cause of quality issues, and develop corrective actions to improve yields.
- Manage and maintain SMT equipment, such as printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens, ensuring efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to processes, equipment, and components to maintain high throughput and minimize downtime.
- Implement initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness and drive efficiency on the production floor.
- Collaborate with production planners to execute plans, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery schedules.

- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and IPC standards.
