2nd Shift Three-Roll Mill Operator (Machine Operator + Forklift)
Looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Three-Roll Mill Operator to join our 2nd shift production team. This is a skilled machine operator role responsible for finishing ink batches using three-roll mills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work.
Schedule & Pay:
• 2nd
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Base Pay: $20–$22/hr (based on experience) + $1.00/hr shift differential
• Up to $23/hr upon hire
• Paid weekly
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor three-roll mills to finish and refine ink batches
• Perform quality checks to ensure ink meets specifications
• Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials and finished product
• Clean and maintain mills and work area (messy environment)
• Weigh and stage materials as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
• 2+ years stable work history in manufacturing or machine operation
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Forklift experience preferred (will train)
• Ability to handle physical work and heavy lifting
• Reliable attendance and a humble, hungry, smart attitude
• Comfortable working in a messy industrial setting
