SMT Manufacturing Manager

Supervise and mentor SMT operators and technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.

Oversee the entire SMT manufacturing process, including setup, programming, and daily operations of SMT lines.

Ensure product quality meets standards, identify the root cause of quality issues, and develop corrective actions to improve yields.

Manage and maintain SMT equipment, such as printers, placement machines, and reflow ovens, ensuring efficient operation.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to processes, equipment, and components to maintain high throughput and minimize downtime.

Implement initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness and drive efficiency on the production floor.

Collaborate with production planners to execute plans, prioritize tasks, and meet delivery schedules.

Deep understanding of SMT processes and electronic manufacturing.

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

Strong capacity to analyze and resolve complex production challenges.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and team motivation.

Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems and IPC standards.
