Lamination Technician

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM | Overtime as Required

Penmac Staffing is hiring a Lamination Technician for a manufacturing client. This position involves applying fiberglass and resin to molds, inspecting quality, and working safely in a production environment.

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail

• Prepare molds and parts for production
• Apply fiberglass and resin to molds
• Roll out air pockets using hand tools and rollers
• Mix resin and catalyst according to specifications
• Measure laminate thickness and inspect finished products
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Manufacturing environment with exposure to fiberglass materials, resins, dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Required PPE includes safety glasses, gloves, and respirator equipment as needed.
