• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care
• Recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and conducting range‑of‑motion exercises
  
  Observing and reporting changes in residents’ condition, behavior, or appetite
• Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA regulations
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through a warm and professional approach

• Completion of a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Kansas CNA certification/registration
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with seniors

Preferred: Experience in a geriatric nursing facility
