Job Overview

Chase County Care and Rehab in Cottonwood Falls, KS is hiring a full‑time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The position offers a competitive salary of $20.00–$21.50 per hour and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, FSA, 401(k), PTO, life insurance, CEU reimbursement and daily pay options.

As a CNA you provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care and catheter care. You follow the resident plan of care, record vitals (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight), perform range of motion as needed, re‑position residents, observe and report any changes in condition, attitude, appetite or behavior, maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, and communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Experience in geriatric nursing is preferred but not required. Dependable, professional, team‑player with strong communication skills and respect for seniors are essential.

PRN position, primarily one day per week, with the option to pick up additional shifts.
