Employment Type
- Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
- Part-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM) | Every Other Weekend Required
- PRN opportunities available
- Provide skilled nursing care within the scope of practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses
- Accurately document nursing care and observations
Communicate resident status changes to Registered Nurses and providers - Support and guide nursing assistants during assigned shifts
- Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
