• Assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, orientation, and in‑service education training.
• Participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
• Assist with care planning, Continuous Quality Improvement, and ensure proper infection control techniques.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current State Board of Nursing license.
• At least three years of nursing experience and one year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational, planning, coordination, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in LTC/SNF strongly preferred.
