Charge Nurse (RN) – Full-Time, Night Shift Ellsworth County Medical Center is seeking a full-time, night shift Charge Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated inpatient and emergency team . The role of the Charge Nurse is to provide strong leadership ️ ️ to the Nursing department in support of ECMC’s mission, vision, and values . This position supports the Executive Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager by establishing goals, improving workflow, and supervising staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Benefits & Perks $26 - $40/hr. + 25% weekend differential

Education:
Completed degree from an accredited school of nursing required
Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in acute care nursing required.
Demonstrated leadership and management experience preferred.
Preferred
Skills:
Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Excellent interpersonal and technical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain diverse technical problems in easy-to-understand language.
Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills
Certifications/Registrations:
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of KansasACLS and PALS current or within 90 days of hire, TNCC current or within 6 months of hire, Certificate or within 6 months of hire, CPR
