Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in an acute care environment, providing compassionate and efficient patient care. This position entails managing patients of various age groups, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The RN will be required to perform a range of clinical duties and ensure patient safety and comfort.

• Administer medications and maintain patient safety protocols.
• Apply nursing procedures and assessments for patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress using Meditech charting system.
• Provide support in critical care scenarios, including trauma support.
• Float to other units as needed, ensuring quality care across departments.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, and Neonatal Resuscitation Course certifications required.
• Previous charge nurse experience of 3 years preferred.
• Familiarity with patient ratios and management of diverse patient diagnoses.
